Consuming a teaspoon of vinegar in a glass of water before food helps balance stomach PH, whereas, consuming it after meals aids with digestion.

Sinus & Sore Throat: If you have sinus problem, add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of hot water and have it twice or thrice a day. You can add raw honey if desired. Likewise, for sore throat, add a teaspoon of ACV in a glass of water and gargle several times a day.

As a Tonic: As a general health tonic, you can use ACV to improve your overall health by restoring body’s alkalinity. Just add 2 – 4 teaspoons of ACV to a glass of cold or warm water and consume every day. You can add honey for added taste and flavor. You can also add a dash of cinnamon for better aroma and health benefits.

Now, partition your hair and spray this mixture to your scalp and cover your head with a shower cap when done. After about fifteen minutes, wash off. Do it once or twice a week for good results.

Acne? Soothe acne with ACV! Mix one part of ACV to three parts of water and spot apply on acne. Rinse off after twenty minutes. You can do this twice or thrice a day and alter the concentration based on the severity of acne. Do this for about 2- 3 days till your acne clears up completely.
